Terms & Conditions
 

Sales Agreement: Customers understood and agreed that all merchandise are the property of Abella Living untill the invoice are fully paid for. Invoices are to be fully paid due to the time of delivery unless other payment options are made in advance. Abella Living will be entitled to recover any cost due to incurred payment collections. It is understood and agreed upon that the customer understood and agrees with the terms and conditons of this sales agreement prior of placeing an order with us. Sales Representatives must approve new or re-instated accounts.  Initial opening order is $2,000 accounts that reorder within 12 months do not have a minimum reorder.  Accounts dormant for 12 months must meet the original opening order. We do offer Net 30 days upon approved credit, or prepaid, We do not offer COD shipments.  We accept company checks, wire transfer and credit cards.  Credit card payments must be arranged prior to delivery.  Please contact Us or your Sales Representative upon notification of delivery.

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices are effective immediately upon the receipt of price updates via fax, letter, or email price list.

Cancellations or Changes: Cancellations of, or changes to, any items or orders must be submitted in writing via facsimile or e-mail. If merchandise have been invoice and is refused or cancelled at the time of delivery or during transit, customer will be fully responsible for all freight charges incurred both inbound and outbound as well as re-stocking fee will be applied. Cancellations will only be accepted prior to the shipping of the merchandise.

Warranty: Abella Living will warranty it's product against all defect in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. It is our number 1 priority to provide the best quality merchandise available to our clients. By accepting goods from Abella Living LLC., you are accepting all merchandise under the terms and conditions contained herein.  All items are sold AS IS damages will be handled according to the terms and conditions set forth above.

Damages: At the time of delivery, all items should be inspected for damages.  All items are shipped either blanket wrapped or cardboard wrapped.  Concealed damages must be reported, in writing, within 72 hours of delivery.  If you find damages, you have the following options.  Provide us with a written estimate of the cost to repair.  If approved, we will issue a credit in the amount specified in the estimate.  If you wish, we can pick-up and exchange the item at no charge to you.  Items that are damaged must be returned with all parts and/or broken items in its original packing, prepared for shipping.  We reserve the right to refuse items that are not returned complete. 

Credits: Any credits to customer accounts are recorded and will be applied towards invoices as customer requests. We do not issue refunds.

Woods: All items are made from solid woods.  We use a combination of oak, pine, teak, mahogany and elm. Due to the variety of woods and the fact that our furniture is hand built and hand painted you will sometimes notice slight differences in finish and/or construction.  This is natural and should be expected.
