Abella Living warrants to you, the original consumer purchaser at the original delivery address of the consumer purchaser at retail, the following:

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY - FRAME

Abella Living warrants the internal frame in its upholstered products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the sofa, based on reasonable use.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY - CUSHIONING

Abella Living warrants the cushions in its upholstered products to be free from abnormal loss of resiliency for a period of one (1) year from the date you, the original retail purchaser, purchase the product.

Cushions typically soften with normal use and aging, and may conform to the shape of the user. The softening or flattening of the fiber and foam materials used in cushioning that occurs due to normal use and aging is considered a normal loss of resiliency. Normal loss of resiliency is not a defect in materials or workmanship, should not be confused with abnormal wear or abnormal loss of resiliency, and is not covered by this limited warranty.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY - LEATHER AND STITCHING

Abella Living warrants the leather used in its upholstered leather products to be 100% genuine bovine leather and to be free from tearing and splitting under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date you, the original consumer purchaser at retail, purchase the product. Abella Living also warrants the stitching in its upholstered products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date you, the original retail purchaser, purchase the product.

Leather owes its inherent beauty to variations in grain, texture, color tones, and its natural characteristics which contribute to the personality and uniqueness of each upholstered leather product. Because leather is a natural product, this limited warranty does not cover natural characteristics of leather, such as markings caused by insect bites, barbed wire, veining, abrasions, injuries to the animal, wrinkling, or variations in grain or color tones on different sections of the same leather product. This warranty also does not cover normal wearing, durability and color fastness of leather.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY- MECHANISMS

Abella Living warrants the metal mechanisms in its upholstered products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date you, the original consumer purchaser at retail, purchase the product.

Abella Living has the sole right to determine whether a claim is covered by this limited warranty. All determinations regarding claims will be made within 30 days from receipt by Abella Living of the claim. If a claim is approved, Abella Living will fulfill its limited obligations to repair or replace the product as set forth herein within a reasonable time period.

This warranty does not cover packaging, shipping or transportation costs to and from the manufacturer, retailer or other repair point as required by Abella Living. These costs remain the responsibility of you, the original consumer purchaser at retail.
